I have never had a Thai massage. Will it be right for me?

Yes. Tell your therapist it is your first visit and share any soreness or areas you want them to focus on. They will adjust the pressure, the pace, and the stretching so the session meets you where you are. No prior experience needed, and you stay in control throughout.

What is the difference between Traditional Thai and our Fusion treatments?

Traditional Thai is done fully clothed on a mat with rhythmic acupressure and assisted stretching. Our Fusion treatments blend Thai technique with either Swedish oil work or deep tissue pressure, on a table with oil. Fusion suits anyone who wants the stretching benefit with the comfort of oil.

Is massage safe during pregnancy?

Our prenatal massage is designed for the second and third trimester, with side-lying positioning and gentle pressure. We recommend skipping the first trimester and always getting your provider's okay before booking. Let us know your stage when you schedule so we can prepare the room properly.

Do I need to do anything to prepare for my appointment?

Nothing complicated. Wear comfortable clothing, especially for Thai massage. Try to avoid heavy meals right beforehand, and aim to arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in. We take care of the rest once you are here.

How do I book, and what if I need to reschedule?

Book online through Fresha, call (650) 995-4918, or stop by. We ask for at least 24 hours notice on rescheduling so we can offer your spot to another client. Payment happens in-store after your session.
